Drawing from the vision for Masdar City, CBT is developing a plan for a new residential district through careful consideration of program placement, block and building scale, the public realm. The development comprises 100,840 square meters of development that will provide 392 units of student housing, 354 units of corporate housing, 74 units of market rate housing, 10,120 square meters of office space, 6,700 square meters of retail and 1,534 parking spaces. Programmatically, the plan creates a new front door for the Masdar Institute of Technology and places new student residences and incubator office space close to the campus.

The old office located at Muroor Road, opposite Abu Dhabi Bus Terminal, will be the Abu Dhabi operations headquarters from now on.
The Y Tower is a residential tower consisting of 28 floors and is located in the prestigious Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. A natural island being developed as a mixed purpose community with both residential and commercial units.
This project is in collaboration with the SEG International Contracting, a large-scale international company with several branches in the MENA region.

Abu Dhabi’s Urban Planning Council has announced the completion of the master plan for a new residential community in Al Ain.
The Al Saad development, located between two existing neighborhoods of Ramlat Al Saad, will offer 306 new plots for UAE nationals when completed.
It will increase the existing population of 2,200 residents by approximately 3,130.
The UPC said the community had been designed to be “safe, walkable, attractive and sustainable” with views of sand dunes to the north a key feature.
Local facilities will include two schools, three retail outlets, a clinic, mosques, a community center and 14 parks.
“The provision of high-quality housing for UAE Nationals is a priority for Leadership. Creating communities strengthens our social ties and helps to preserve our culture and traditions. As a result, housing is a core component of Vision 2030 and, therefore, is central to the plans we create at the UPC,” said UPC corporate services sector executive director and acting executive director of planning and infrastructure Abdulla Al Sahi.
Abu Dhabi General Services Company has been tasked with the detailed master planning, design and execution of the project. It is scheduled for completion in October 2018.
Al Saad is one of 17 developments for Plan Al Ain 2030, a strategic framework for the development of approximately 31,100 square kilometers of land.

Park Heights 1 is an 18-storey residential building being developed by Emaar Properties and Meeras in Dubai Hills Estate. The development, located on Dubai Hills Boulevard directly adjacent to Park Heights 2, was launched in May 2017 and is expected to be handed over in March 2020.Park Heights is situated minutes away from the central park, Dubai Hills Estate Mall and the main boulevard, and overlooks landscaped parks. The building promises to offer ‘luxury yet affordable’ one- to three-bedroom apartments with panoramic views of the Downtown skyline and the gardens of Dubai Hills Estate Park.

Located on a pivotal site in Reem Island which overlooks the best views in all campus directions of Abu Dhabi Island and the sea, the concept of the tower aims to celebrate those views by erecting two main solid frames which envelops lighter glazed “fill” masses with variable studied treatments. The frame-fill combination maximized the views of the one, two and three bedroom apartment combination giving them a distinctive treatment. The podium was deliberately given the feeling of detachment from the tower to further emphasize on the frame-fill effect and to introduce a positive contrast in the project massing. Three luxurious duplex apartments reside at the crown of the tower overlooking the 360 degrees views.
